Zaphon AI, LLC may use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Nutrii.
• Analyze foods, ingredients, labels, nutrition facts, and barcodes.
• Generate AI-powered explanations, summaries, food insights, ratings, or recommendations.
• Save or display scan history, if enabled.
• Process subscriptions, trials, credits, and purchases.
• Respond to support requests and user communications.
• Improve app features, accuracy, performance, and user experience.
• Debug errors, fix crashes, and improve reliability.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security issues, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Nutrii may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to analyze food labels, ingredients, nutrition information, barcodes, product images, or user-entered text.

To provide these features, information you submit may be processed by Zaphon AI, LLC and by third-party AI service providers. These providers process information on our behalf to generate app outputs.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not submit highly sensitive personal information, medical records, or confidential information into Nutrii.

Nutrii may use third-party service providers to help operate the app. These may include providers for cloud hosting and data storage, AI processing, barcode or nutrition databases, subscription management, app analytics, crash reporting and diagnostics, customer support, App Store purchase validation, and security, fraud prevention, and infrastructure.

These service providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Nutrii, comply with legal obligations, protect security, or perform functions on our behalf.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, databases, or services that are not controlled by Zaphon AI, LLC.

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple, your payment is processed by Apple. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's own privacy policy and terms.

Zaphon AI, LLC does not control Apple's payment systems and does not receive your full credit card, debit card, or banking information.

Zaphon AI, LLC does not sell your personal information.

We do not sell your food scans, nutrition inputs, uploaded photos, or support communications to third parties.

We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Nutrii.
• Maintain scan history or saved results, if applicable.
• Manage subscriptions and purchases.

The updated Privacy Policy will be effective when posted or otherwise made available. Your continued use of Nutrii after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
